Jennie Rosales-Wolfgeher
District 3 President -

I officially became a member of the VFW Auxiliary in the year 2018. Joining this organization has provided me with the opportunity to support and honor our veterans through various community service projects and fundraising efforts. Being a part of the VFW Auxiliary has allowed me to connect with individuals who share a similar passion for giving back to those who have served our country. Through taking part in events and activities organized by the VFW Auxiliary, I have gained a greater appreciation for the sacrifices made by our veterans and have been inspired to continue advocating for their needs and recognition. My membership in the VFW Auxiliary has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience, and I look forward to continuing my involvement in the years to come.

My decision to join under my husband, Joseph Wolfgeher, USMC Retired., was not made lightly, I understand the importance of standing by loved ones and supporting their goals and dreams. Joseph's dedication to serving his country in the United States Marine Corps inspired me to do the same. I am proud to follow him and contribute to the defense and protection of our nation. Joining under him not only solidifies our bond as a married couple, but also allows me to be part of a larger mission that is greater than myself. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside my husband and fellow Service Members with dedication, honor, and courage.

I am a member of District 3 which is part of the Auxiliary division within our organization. This district plays a crucial role in supporting and promoting public relations initiatives within our community. As a member, I can collaborate with other like-minded individuals who are passionate about spreading awareness and enhancing communication strategies. Through various events and projects, we work together to build relationships with the public and help shape positive beliefs of our organization. Being part of District 3 and Auxiliary 7356 has not only expanded my knowledge of public relations but has also allowed me to make meaningful contributions to our community.

I currently live in Parkville, Missouri, a city known for its historic charm and picturesque landscapes. Parkville, located just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, offers a unique blend of small-town ambiance and modern amenities. From the quaint shops and restaurants along Main Street to the scenic views of the Missouri River, Parkville provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I appreciate the community's dedication to education and the arts, as well as its commitment to preserving its rich history. I am grateful to call Parkville my home and look forward to continuing to explore all that this city has to offer.

Buddy Poppy's has become my favorite position due to the fulfilling experience it provides. As a volunteer at this non-profit organization, I have had the opportunity to be a part of a strong community dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. This position has not only allowed me to give back to those who have bravely served our country but has also given me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The act of giving away Buddy Poppies and raising awareness for veterans' issues has sparked a passion within me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Buddy Poppy's has truly become a rewarding and meaningful position for me.

I have discovered a deep passion for helping veterans both active and out of the military. These brave men and women have sacrificed so much for our country, and I believe it is our duty to support them in any way we can. Whether it is through volunteering at local VA hospitals, raising awareness for veteran issues, or simply lending a listening ear, I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those who have served. By showing gratitude and providing resources for our veterans, we can honor their service and ensure they receive the help and support they deserve. This has been and will always be my favorite hobby.
