BJ Bowlin
District 15 President -

BJ Bowlin is a dedicated community leader, veteran advocate, and family man. At 50 years old, he has built a life centered on service, leadership and strong personal values. He is happily married to his wife, Janey and together they share a large and loving family, including 6 children and 4 grandbabies.

BJ has been an active member of the Auxiliary since 2022 under the inspiration of his grandfather, who served in WWII as an Army medic. He began his journey with Chaffee Post 3127 Auxiliary before transferring to Morley Post 5368 Auxiliary. During his time at Morley, he demonstrated strong leadership and commitment, serving first as Trustee and later as Auxiliary President. This led him to be elected as District 15 Senior Vice President.

Currently BJ serves as a member of Lilbourn Post 7183, where he holds the role as Chaplain. In addition, he continues to lead at a higher level as the District 15 President.

Outside of his service work, BJ enjoys collecting baseball cards and playing the guitar. Above all, he takes great pride in helping veterans whenever he can, making a meaningful impact through both his leadership and personal efforts.
