Gail Huffman joined the VFW Auxiliary in March 2012, eligible for membership due to her husband Scott Huffman's service as a Marine Veteran. She's actively involved with VFW Auxiliary 5593 in Ava, Missouri, and has enjoyed the various positions within the organization she had held. Gail is particularly enthusiastic about her current appointment as the All-State Auxiliary Chairman.  "This is a new program I truly believe in," she says, "and I'm honored to be part of its inaugural year." Beyond her volunteer work, Gail enjoys reading, sewing, and spending quality time with her husband and animals on their farm.
